The Seven Principles of a Just Divorce


     While serving as a Family Division Magistrate, John Weaver pursued a master's degree through Reformed Theological Seminary - Washington, D.C. Mr. Weaver received an M.A. in Religion degree following completion of his studies and acceptance of his thesis, "A JUST DIVORCE: Divorce that is Right and Just and Fair."

    Mr. Weaver built upon his studies and professional legal experince to write the book, The Seven Principles of a Just Divorce: Biblical Wisdom and Legal Insight, published in August 2020, as a resource for those who are going through separation and divorce. It's also a resource for family, friends, and a community supporting one going through the difficult decision to divorce and the pursuit of divorce.
